Recent Investments for January 2nd, 2024

Good Morning,

I wanted to let you know that I initiated a new position in a new company today. The company is a dividend achiever with a 20 year track record of annual dividend increases. I like the history of consistent annual dividend growth of around 7%/year over the past 5 years. 

The stock is selling for 18.25 times forward earnings and yields almost 4%. 

I initiated a position in my retirement account. I do plan to add to this company at least on three - five occasions this year, in order to build out my position to a minimum amount.
