Recent Investment for October 10th, 2024

Good Morning,

I wanted to let you know that I made a slightly larger than normal investment today. This is in a dividend achiever with a 15 year track record of annual dividend increases under its belt, and a rather large 20% average annual dividend increases over the past five and ten years.

The stock sells for roughly 19 imes earnings and has a low current yield. However, I believe it could generate high yields on cost for patient long-term investors, provided things go right and according to plan.

I made this investment in my taxable account.

Note that I made this investment in a lump-sum, over periodically and over time mostly due to commissions on this particular security.
