Recent Investment for February 1st, 2024

Good Afternoon,

I wanted to let you know that I added to an existing position. I had initiated a position just last month. The company is a dividend achiever with a 20 year track record of annual dividend increases. I like the history of consistent annual dividend growth of around 7%/year over the past 5 years. 

The stock is selling for 17.50 times forward earnings and yields almost 4.15%. 

I purchased this position in my retirement account. I do plan to add to this company at least on three - five occasions this year, in order to build out my position to a minimum amount.
