I wanted to let you know that I added to an existing holding just now.
The company is a dividend champion with a 37 year track record of annual dividend increases. It does have a lower dividend growth rate of around 3% annualized, but the current dividend yield is higher at a little above 6%.
My review indicates that the distribution is well covered by operating cashflows.
