Dividend Growth Investor - Recent Investment for July 16th

I wanted to let you know that I added to an existing position just now. I decided to add to this company because i believe it is a good value today. It is also a small allocation, that I plan to continue building out.

This is a dividend achiever with a 21 year track record of annual dividend increases. The company has managed to grow annualized dividends by 7%/year over the past five years. The stock is attractively valued at 16.35 times forward earnings. It offers a dividend yield of 4.20%.

I basically looked at my dividend portfolio holdings sorted by portfolio weight, and looked at the companies I want to add to. I had already added to the lowest weight, so I just kept going up, one company at a time, evaluating fundamentals and valuation.
