I wanted to let you know that I just initiated a new position for the portfolio. This is a dividend champion with 27 year track record of consecutive annual distribution increases under its belt. The entity is in the energy sector. Incidentally, this is the first entity in the energy sector for the DGI Newsletter. It seems like a good value today, with the potential for good returns going forward. This entity is viewed as best in class in its sector, and offers a relatively more stable and recurring revenue streams than your typical energy company. Relative being the key word of course, and absolute stability is sadly hard to attain in the unstable world of ours.
