Dividend Growth Investor Newsletter - Recent Investment for September 5th, 2025

Good Morning,

I wanted to let you know that I added to an existing holding a few minutes ago. I bought shares in a dividend aristocrat with a 31 year track record of annual dividend increases under its belt. It has a 10 year annualized dividend growth rate of 6.24%. The shares look fairly valued today as well.

The company is a REIT, which is why it's probably best suited for a retirement account. I believe this investment offers a good forward opportunity to grow dividends and value at a decent clip over time. It would also beef up my exposure to the company.
