Dividend Growth Investments for December 12th

Good Morning,

I wanted to let you know that I added to an existing position today. 

I went through the list of existing portfolio holdings, which I shared a few weeks ago. I followed a process where I started at the lowest position weightings, and looked at each holding for the following characteristics:

1. Dividend Streak Exceeding at least 5 consecutive years (albeit I prefer 10)
2. Last dividend increase was more than a token raise
3. Company has managed to increase earnings per share over the past 5 and 10 years
4. The stock is selling at an attractive valuation
